Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 17, 2026

Stafford Strategies (“Stafford Strategies,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use stafford-strategies.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have over your information.

Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide through the consultation form on /consultation. This includes your first and last name, email address, job title, company name, optional industry and revenue range, sales team size, the challenges you describe, your timeline, and how you heard about us.

We do not use marketing cookies, behavioral tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this website. The only cookies set are functional cookies required by the hosting platform to serve the site reliably.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your consultation request, prepare for an introductory conversation, and follow up if you ask us to. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service providers

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which handles delivery of the form data to our inbox. Formspree's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy. Site hosting is provided by Netlify, which processes minimal request logs as part of standard web hosting operations.

Data retention

We retain consultation form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if a working relationship begins, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing tyler@stafford-strategies.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of the personal information we hold about you. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. European Union and United Kingdom residents have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, and to withdraw consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email tyler@stafford-strategies.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect the information submitted through the site, including TLS encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
