This includes your first and last name, email address, job title, company name, optional industry and revenue range, sales team size, the challenges you describe, your timeline, and how you heard about us.
We do not use marketing cookies, behavioral tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this website. The only cookies set are functional cookies required by the hosting platform to serve the site reliably.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your consultation request, prepare for an introductory conversation, and follow up if you ask us to. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which handles delivery of the form data to our inbox. Formspree's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy. Site hosting is provided by Netlify, which processes minimal request logs as part of standard web hosting operations.
Data retention
We retain consultation form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if a working relationship begins, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing tyler@stafford-strategies.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of the personal information we hold about you. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion.
